Refund Method

If your order has not yet shipped, you can file a refund request, and we will refund your payment as soon as possible; if your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as when we have received the item back from you and processed them at our warehouse.

Description Of Refund Policy

  1. For other reasons (excluding product quality reasons), if you are unsatisfied with the purchased item, you are welcome to return it in a saleable condition within 3 days, and we will refund you at your purchase price after confirming receipt of the returned items in good condition (this excludes bulk orders). We will not reimburse the customer for the courier fee paid to return goods.

However, bulk orders (orders with more than 30 items in total) do not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges. Only if an item is damaged can exchange it for another similar item. We also do not refund shipping if the customer paid for shipping when purchasing the original items.

  1. We only accept that customers pay on our website during the checkout process. When confirming the processing of your refund, we will refund the payment to you through the payment system of our website as soon as possible.
  2. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the delivery date. If there is a quality problem within half a year of receiving the goods, the replacement will be accepted, and it will not be accepted for more than half a year.
